Print Tracker Releases Version 5.0.1 with New ePortal and eLearning Access

PrintTracker™ is proud to announce the addition of the following new features to its software:

• PrintTracker™ version 5.0.1 supports gathering meters and status information from devices using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) version 3. High security environments with security restrictions regarding the use o versions 1 and 2 can have full discovery and monitoring capabilities.
• The PrintTracker™ ePortal tool allows designated users access to the on-line viewing of installations, meters, and service information. This information is now readable from both smart phones and all on-line computer users without the installation of PrintTracker™ software. Salespeople, technicians and users can have quick access to device meter and status information prior to site and service call visits.
• Account Managers can now designate what PrintTracker™ tools can be accessed by specific users. A dealer’s PrintTracker™ administrator can give Meter Viewer and Service Information Viewer access, with or without editing rights, to both staff and end customers. This new permissions capability adds a level of security to who can have access to the ePortal and other sensitive data.
• The PrintTracker™ eLearning page on the http://PrintTracker.net website now boasts a library of over 100 helpful documents and videos to help users get the most of PrintTracker™ software. The eLearning page is accessible by PrintTracker™ clients and registered prospects. The web page includes links to product user’s guides, security and confidence documents, print management ‘Best Practices’, product information, and ‘How To’ guides for software installation and management.
