Print Tracker Announces ‘Dealer’s Customer Invoicing’ Component
Print Tracker™ is proud to announce that Print Tracker clients now have the option to prepare monthly billing from collected meter information.
The Print Tracker ‘Dealer’s Customer Invoicing’ module offers clients the ability to speed the monthly accounting process using gathered volume data. Using the invoicing option, page rates can be set by the dealer and are fully customizable by machine and customer. The module is specifically designed for the dealer who needs the ability to invoice individual customers and would like to enter cost-per-page rates for a machine’s black and white and color volume.
The invoicing feature is an optional upgrade and can be added to the basic Post-sales or more robust Pre-sales Print Tracker Dealer’s License.
Simple Access and Product Use
This value-add option complements an ever-expanding Print Tracker tool set, providing dealers with another useful feature to assist with account management. Clients who invest in the ‘Dealer’s Customer Invoicing’ module can access invoicing through the ‘Reports and Charts’ function in the Print Tracker Meter Viewer, similar to how the ‘Total Cost of Ownership Estimator’ is launched.
